Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Payroll Processing: Collecting, reviewing, and calculating employee timecards, wages, bonuses, and deductions ( taxes, insurance, benefits).
System Management & Data Accuracy: Updating payroll software with new hires, salary updates, promotions, and terminations to ensure compliance and data integrity

Compliance & Reporting: Adhering to federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations. Preparing payroll reports, tax filings, and auditing payroll records.
Issue Resolution: Acting as the first point of contact for employees regarding pay discrepancies, wage garnishments, or payroll-related questions.
Collaboration: Working with HR and Finance departments to integrate payroll data and resolve issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skills: Proficiency in payroll software (ADP, SAP, Workday) and Microsoft Excel.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in payroll, accounting, or HR administration.
Knowledge: Understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and deductions.
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, mathematical proficiency, and time-management skills.
