We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Senior Payroll Specialist with ERP Next software expertise to manage and process company payroll efficiently as part of our HR & Admin team.

Position Details

• Designation: Senior Payroll Executive

• Department: HR & Admin

• Qualification: Relevant field (BCOM/ Accounting preferred)

• Experience: 6– 10 years (Payroll specialization mandatory)

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)

• Salary: 30,000 – 45,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing accurately and on time.

• Ensure excellent command over ERPNext or similar payroll software.

• Maintain thorough understanding of accounting principles and payroll best practices.

• Collect and verify attendance, working hours, overtime, deductions, and bonuses.

• Obtain approvals and prepare pay orders for processing.

• Administer salary slips and payment statements (digital or hard copy).

• Process taxes, benefits, and statutory compliances.

• Maintain updated employee compensation and benefits data.

• Handle payroll-related queries from employees and management.

• Prepare and share payroll reports with senior management and finance.

Note: This is a Senior Payroll Specialist position.
Candidates with strong ERPNext Payroll experience will be given preference.
