Payroll Executive

We are hiring a Payroll Executive at OPPO Skynet Electronic Pvt. Ltd., Bengaluru. The candidate must have hands-on experience in Saral Payroll / Saral PayPack software, as this is a mandatory requirement for the role.

The candidate will be responsible for handling monthly payroll processing, salary calculations, attendance and leave data, payroll records, PF/ESI support, professional tax, statutory deductions, payroll reports, and employee salary-related queries. The candidate should be able to maintain accurate payroll data, coordinate with HR and Finance teams, and ensure payroll is processed within timelines.

Experience in other payroll or HRMS software such as GreytHR, Zoho Payroll, Keka, Spine HR, or similar tools will be considered an added advantage, but Saral PayPack experience is compulsory.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process monthly payroll using Saral Payroll / Saral PayPack
• Maintain salary, attendance, leave, and employee payroll records
• Prepare salary inputs and verify payroll data before final processing
• Handle PF, ESI, professional tax, and statutory payroll deductions
• Prepare payroll reports, salary sheets, and employee-wise payroll summaries
• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll verification
• Handle employee payroll queries professionally
• Maintain confidentiality of salary and employee data
• Ensure payroll accuracy and timely completion every month
