Job Summary•
• Assist in processing monthly payroll for employees accurately and on time
• Maintain and update employee salary records, attendance, leaves, and deductions
• Calculate wages, bonuses, incentives, overtime, and reimbursements
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.
• Prepare and verify payroll reports, salary sheets, and bank transfer statements
• Assist in preparation of Form 16.
• Preparation of performance reports & calculation of incentives
Required Skills
Good knowledge of Advance Excel
Problem-solving skills
Qualifications - Graduate (B.Com)
Experience - 3+yr
