Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient HR Payroll Executive to manage payroll operations and employee settlements. The candidate should have hands-on experience in payroll processing, statutory compliance, full and final settlements, and strong knowledge of Advanced Excel for data management and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
Maintain employee payroll records, attendance, leave, and salary structures.
Handle Full & Final (F&F) settlements for resigned employees.
Prepare salary sheets, MIS reports, and payroll reconciliations using Advanced Excel.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.
Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll inputs and approvals.
Resolve employee queries related to salary, deductions, reimbursements, and settlements.
Generate payroll reports and support audits/documentation when required.
Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, Finance, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in Payroll/HR Operations.
Strong knowledge of payroll processing and Full & Final Settlement procedures.
Proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, MIS reporting, data handling, etc.).
Knowledge of statutory compliances and payroll software will be an added advantage.
Good communication and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with HRMS/Payroll software.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage sensitive data professionally.
