We are looking for a HR Payroll Executive...

Experience: 1+ Yrs

Salary: UP TO 30K

Location: Sec 45, Gurgaon

Minimum Requirement:

• Experience – 1+ years of hands-on experience in labour law compliance (PF, ESIC, LWF, Bonus, POSH, or related statutory areas)

• Communication – Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable with client interaction and follow-ups

• Technical Skill – Working knowledge of MS Excel and compliance/payroll software

• Compliance Focus – Sound understanding of labour laws, statutory deadlines, and government portal filings (PF, ESIC, Labour Welfare Fund, etc.)
  

Key Performance Responsibilities:

• Compliance Filing – Handle end-to-end statutory filings including PF, ESIC, LWF, and other applicable labour law returns for multiple clients

• Client Coordination – Serve as a point of contact for clients on compliance queries, deadlines, and documentation requirements

• Government Liaison – Coordinate with statutory departments/portals (EPFO, ESIC, Labour Welfare Boards) for filings, registrations, and issue resolution

• Documentation – Maintain accurate compliance records, checklists, and audit-ready documentation for all assigned clients

• Deadline Management – Track monthly/quarterly/annual statutory due dates and ensure zero-delay filings

• Reporting – Provide regular status updates to internal team and clients on compliance progress
