Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensure statutory compliance, and maintain accurate employee records. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of payroll systems, labor laws, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Process monthly payroll for employees with accuracy and timeliness
Handle salary structure, deductions, reimbursements, and final settlements (F&F)
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, PT, TDS
Maintain and update payroll records and employee data
Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll inputs and validations
Generate payslips and payroll reports
Handle employee queries related to salary, tax, and deductions
Manage leave, attendance, and overtime data for payroll processing
Assist in audits and ensure payroll documentation is up to date
