Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Executive with 0.6 months to 3 years of experience in payroll processing and employee data management. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of HR Payroll and be comfortable handling payroll activities, attendance, leave, statutory deductions, and employee queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and within defined timelines.

• Manage employee attendance, leave, salary inputs, deductions, and payroll adjustments.

• Handle payroll processing and employee records in Keka HR or similar tool,

• Maintain and verify employee master data and payroll-related documents.

• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll inputs and reconciliations.

• Handle salary-related employee queries and resolve discrepancies.

• Assist with statutory payroll components such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS and other applicable deductions.

• Prepare payroll reports, salary statements, and MIS reports.

• Support full & final settlement and exit-related payroll activities.

• Ensure payroll data confidentiality and accuracy.

• Assist in payroll audits and compliance-related activities.

Required Skills

• 0 months.6 to 3 years of experience in Payroll / HR Operations

• Good knowledge of payroll processing and statutory deductions.

• Working knowledge of PF, ESI, PT and TDS.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to handle confidential employee information.
