Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Executive to assist and manage payroll processing and attendance management for our logistics operations. The candidate should ensure accurate salary processing, statutory compliance and maintain employee records efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting the process of monthly payroll for employees
Manage and monitor employee attendance, leave records and shift schedules
Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, incentives, and deductions
Assisting and handling statutory compliance such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS and other applicable regulations
Maintain payroll records and employee data
Generate payroll reports, MIS and compliance reports as required
Support audits by providing necessary payroll documentation
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance
Familiarity with attendance systems
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, reports, data handling)
Good communication skills
Experience: 1 to 3 Years
