Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end payroll process.
Maintain accurate records of attendance (biometric) and handle calculation of wages, salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
Utilize payroll software systems to streamline processes and ensure efficiency.
Handle onboarding and offboarding processes.
Oversee employee record-keeping to ensure accuracy and compliance with record retention requirements.
Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations.
Address employee queries related to payroll, taxes, and benefits.
Respond to internal and external compliance inquiries and audits.
Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll and employee information.

Qualifications & Experience:
Graduation (any relevant discipline).
1–3 years of experience in payroll processing and compliance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
