# Payroll & HR / Business Development Executive

Location: Ahmedabad( Navarangpura)

Experience: 1–5 Years

Salary: ₹15,000–₹30,000/month (as per experience & skills)

### Job Summary

We are looking for a versatile professional who can independently handle Indian & Foreign Payroll, HR activities, Business Development, and Client Coordination. The candidate should have excellent English communication skills and strong client-handling abilities.

### Key Responsibilities

Manage •Indian & International Payroll•• processing and documentation.

• Handle attendance, leave, salary calculations, deductions, and payroll records.

• Support HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and coordination.

• Generate leads, develop new business opportunities, and support BDM activities.

• Communicate and coordinate professionally with domestic and international clients.

• Prepare quotations, follow-ups, proposals, and business-related documents.

• Maintain client relationships and ensure timely communication.

• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records in Excel/CRM.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
