Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees
Maintain payroll records, salary structures, deductions, and allowances
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and labor laws
Coordinate with finance and HR teams for payroll inputs and approvals
Handle full & final settlements, arrears, incentives, and bonuses
Resolve payroll-related queries and discrepancies
Maintain employee payroll data and MIS reports
Support audits and statutory inspections related to payroll
Strong knowledge of payroll processes and statutory compliance
Hands-on experience with payroll software and MS Excel
Good understanding of labor laws and taxation basics
High level of accuracy and confidentiality
Good communication and coordination skills
