Job Description

BestConcern Private Limited is looking for a dedicated Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing and maintain employee salary records. The candidate should have hands-on experience in payroll operations and statutory deductions.

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll and ensure timely salary disbursement

• Maintain and update employee salary structure and payroll data

• Handle salary revisions, increments, and attendance-based calculations

• Manage statutory deductions such as PF, ESI, TDS, leaves, loans, and advances

• Generate and share payslips with employees

• Handle Full & Final (F&F) settlements

• Prepare payroll reports and MIS

• Coordinate with HR and Accounts for payroll activities and compliance

Requirements

• Graduate (B.Com / BBA or related field preferred)

• 1–2 years of experience in Payroll / HR Operations

• Knowledge of PF, ESI, and payroll processing

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
