Job Description – Payroll & Compliance Executive Location:
Okhla Phase 2, Delhi Experience: 3–5 Years
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll & Compliance Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliance, and employee records.

The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to labor laws and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities
Handle monthly payroll processing including salary disbursement, deductions, reimbursements, and incentives.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity, Professional Tax, etc.).
Maintain accurate employee records and payroll data in HRMS/ERP systems.
Prepare and file statutory returns within deadlines. Liaise with auditors, consultants, and government authorities for compliance matters.
Monitor changes in labor laws and update policies accordingly.
Support HR team in drafting compliance-related documentation and employee communication.
Generate MIS reports on payroll and compliance for management review.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, HR, or related field. 3–5 years of hands-on experience in payroll and statutory compliance.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, PF, ESI, TDS, and other statutory regulations. Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/Payroll software. Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and confidentiality.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
