Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely execution of business activities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor operational processes to meet organizational goals

• Manage workforce planning, deployment, attendance, and productivity

• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and labor laws

• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Compliance, and Client teams for operational alignment

• Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular operational reports

• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and cost control

• Handle client requirements, escalations, and service-level commitments

• Supervise and guide site supervisors, team leads, and operational staff

• Ensure proper documentation, record maintenance, and audit readiness

• Manage vendor coordination and operational resources

• Support budgeting, cost optimization, and resource utilization

• Ensure health, safety, and quality standards are maintained at all locations
