Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Process Improvement: Analyzing and optimizing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing strategies to boost productivity, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.

• Staff Management: Recruiting, training, supervising, and motivating employees; setting performance goals (KPIs) and conducting performance reviews.

• Budget & Resource Management:

  Managing budgets, forecasting, overseeing procurement,

  and ensuring efficient allocation of resources like materials and equipment

• Quality & Compliance: Ensuring adherence to company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations; implementing quality control measures.

• Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing operational strategies, setting objectives, and aligning daily operations with long-term business goals.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaising with other departments (HR, Finance, IT) and stakeholders (vendors, customers) to achieve organizational objectives.

• Performance Monitoring: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data, and preparing reports to guide decision-making and measure progress.
