Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Office Administrator to manage end-to-end office operations. This role involves overseeing day-to-day administrative tasks, housekeeping, pantry management, snacks and groceries, vendor coordination, and ensuring the office runs smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and can independently manage multiple operational responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall office operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and productive work environment.
Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, and facility management services.
Monitor and maintain pantry supplies, snacks, beverages, and groceries; coordinate regular restocking.
Procure office supplies, equipment, and other necessities as required.
Handle vendor relationships and coordinate services like cleaning, maintenance, and deliveries.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence professionally.
Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized manner.
Support HR/admin tasks like onboarding, attendance tracking, and coordinating employee activities.
Assist management in reports, presentations, and other administrative documentation.
Ensure compliance with office policies and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in office administration, facilities management, or related roles.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple operational responsibilities.
Proficient in MS Office and basic office management software.
Professional attitude with discretion in handling confidential information.
