Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Non-IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have 0–2 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment and be passionate about identifying and hiring top talent across various non-technical functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts.

• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of quality candidates.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills

• 0–2 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment (consultancy or corporate).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
