Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT and blue-collar positions.
Source candidates for bulk hiring across various industries.
Experience in bulk and volume recruitment.
Good knowledge of local candidate sourcing channels.
Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and coordination skills.
Target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge of Naukri, WorkIndia, Apna, Job Hai, and other sourcing platforms will be an added advantage.
