Position: Non-IT Recruiter
🏠 Work Mode: Permanent Work From Home
📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days)

✅ Must own a personal laptop with a stable internet connection

Compensation:

💰 CTC: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month

Eligibility:

✅ 6 months to 4 years of recruitment experience
✅ Experience in hiring for Non-IT, Blue Collar, and White Collar requirements
✅ Target-oriented with the ability to achieve monthly hiring goals
✅ Good communication and sourcing skills
