WE’RE HIRING: NON-IT RECRUITER
📍 Work Location: Katedan, Hyderabad
🏭 Industries: Food Manufacturing and Real Estate

We are looking for a Non-IT Recruiter to source and screen candidates for roles across the food manufacturing and real estate industries.

Key Responsibilities:
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and professional networks.
• Screen CVs against job descriptions, checking relevant industry experience, qualifications and skills.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess role suitability, communication, current and expected CTC, notice period and location preferences.
• Recruit for roles in production, quality, maintenance, accounts, sales, administration and other business functions.
• Coordinate interviews, follow up on feedback and support candidates through offer acceptance and joining.
• Maintain accurate candidate trackers and share suitable profiles within agreed timelines.

Requirements:
• Relevant experience in Non-IT recruitment, preferably for food manufacturing and real estate companies.
• Strong understanding of industry-specific roles and profile screening
.• Good communication, coordination and candidate follow-up skills
.• Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring deadlines.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
