• Sourcing and Talent Acquisition: Utilizing job boards (Naukri, Monster), LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases to find qualified candidates.

• Requirements Analysis: Collaborating with IT managers to understand technical skills, required certifications, and cultural fit

• Screening and Interviews: Conducting in-depth technical and behavioral interviews, often including initial technical screenings (e.g., assessing coding skills) to filter applicants.

• Candidate Engagement: Building relationships with IT professionals, managing the candidate experience, and guiding them through the interview process.

• Negotiation and Closing: Extending job offers, negotiating salary and benefits, and securing candidates.

• Market Intelligence: Staying updated on technology trends, salary standards, and competitor hiring strategies.

• Onboarding: Facilitating the onboarding process and managing documentation
