Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for active IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate follow-ups, and offer closure.

• Identify suitable candidates for technical positions such as Software Developers, QA Engineers, AI Engineers, and other IT roles.

• Explore effective sourcing channels, Boolean searches, job portals, professional networks, referrals, and AI-powered recruitment tools.

• Understand hiring requirements, analyze recruitment challenges, and identify practical ways to achieve hiring targets within deadlines.

• Monitor recruitment progress, identify bottlenecks, and improve candidate quality and interview conversion.

• Take ownership of assigned hiring requirements and remain accountable for targets, timelines, and outcomes.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and technical teams to ensure effective and timely hiring.

• Handle candidate dropouts, low response rates, changing priorities, and other recruitment challenges with maturity and a solution-oriented mindset.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Freshers/ interns interested in building a career in HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT Recruitment are welcome to apply. Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are also encouraged.
