Job Title: IT & Non-IT Recruiter Intern

Job Description:

Ashwakala Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join as IT & Non-IT Recruiter Interns. This internship is ideal for individuals who are passionate about human resources and talent acquisition, and are eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with candidates

• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates

• Maintain and update candidate databases

• Work closely with the recruitment team to fulfill hiring requirements

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must have completed Graduation or Post-Graduation

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel and MS Word)

• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

Internship Details:

• Duration: 6 months

• Stipend: ₹6,000 – ₹7,000 per month

• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
