Human Resources Intern

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Intern to support our HR and recruitment operations, primarily focused on hiring. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want hands-on exposure to talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, and HR operations in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates using job portals, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), and internal databases

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate records

• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Fresh graduates / final-year students (BBA, MBA – HR, B.Com, BA, or equivalent)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and HR processes

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Eagerness to learn and build a career in Human Resources
