expectations in your capacity as a Non-IT HR Recruiter with HireLink Pvt. Ltd.

1. Position Details

Designation: Non-IT HR Recruiter Location: Bangalore (On-site)

Department: Human Resources – Recruitment

2. Role Overview

You shall be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for Non-IT roles across various

industries including Pharmaceuticals, Lifesciences, Healthcare, Hospitals, and allied sectors. You are expected

to support the organization in fulfilling client hiring requirements in a timely and efficient manner.

3. Roles and Responsibilities

• Managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordination

• Handling hiring requirements for domains such as Pharma, Lifesciences, Healthcare, Hospitals, and Pharma

Manufacturing

• Working on roles including R&D; Professionals, Clinical Research, Medical Coding, Nurses, Physicians, Lab

Technicians, Sales & Marketing, and Operations

• Understanding client requirements and ensuring timely delivery of relevant candidate profiles

• Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media platforms, references, and internal databases

• Conducting initial HR screening and evaluating candidate suitability

• Coordinating interviews between candidates and clients and ensuring smooth communication

• Maintaining accurate candidate records, trackers, and recruitment reports

• Following up with candidates and clients to ensure timely closures

• Supporting recruitment activities for additional departments such as HR, Administration, Finance, Customer

Support, and Sales

4. Performance Expectations

• Meet assigned hiring targets within defined timelines

• Maintain quality and accuracy in candidate screening and submissions

• Ensure professional communication with candidates and clients

• Adhere to company policies, processes, and confidentiality standards

5. General Terms

• You shall perform your duties with diligence, integrity, and professionalism at all times

• You shall comply with all company policies, rules, and regulations as amended from time to time
