Job Title: HR Recruiter / HR Executive
Job Description:
Handle end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and other platforms.
Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding.
Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee data.
Handle HR emails, employee queries, and daily HR activities.
Support payroll, PF, ESI, and other HR-related documentation.
Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare daily HR reports.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
Good coordination and documentation skills.
Only experienced candidates can apply.
