Human Resource Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic and career-oriented HR Intern to join our recruitment team. The intern will get practical exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process.

The role involves candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, database management, follow-ups, documentation, and supporting the recruitment team in fulfilling client hiring requirements across different sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, references, and other recruitment channels.

• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates accordingly.

• Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial telephonic/virtual discussions.

• Explain job roles, salary, location, eligibility, and other employment-related details to candidates.

• Shortlist suitable candidates and share profiles with the recruitment team/client.

• Coordinate candidate interviews with clients and internal teams.

• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, selection, documentation, and joining.

• Maintain and regularly update candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment MIS.

• Collect and verify required candidate documents.

• Assist in preparing candidate profiles, interview schedules, joining reports, and recruitment reports.

• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.

• Support bulk hiring, campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and recruitment campaigns.

• Coordinate with the Business Development/Client Coordination team regarding hiring requirements.

• Ensure proper documentation and timely updates at every stage of the recruitment process.

• Meet assigned daily/weekly recruitment and sourcing targets.

Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of Recruitment and HR processes.

• Good follow-up and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, MS Word, and email communication.

• Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.

• Good coordination and time-management skills.

• Willingness to make regular candidate calls.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
