We are seeking an energetic and result-driven HR Intern to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates while building strong relationships with both clients and job seekers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and create effective job descriptions.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.

• Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidate fit.

• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and clients.

• Maintain and update the candidate database.

• Build long-term professional relationships with candidates and clients.

• Achieve monthly recruitment targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter (consultancy/agency experience preferred not mandatory).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines effectively.

• Proficiency in using job portals and recruitment tools.

• A results-driven mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.
