Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: End-to-end recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Legal Compliance: Ensure all company policies, labor laws, and statutory bylaws are properly followed and updated.
Attendance & Records: Track employee attendance, leave management, and maintain accurate HR documentation.
HR Operations: Handle employee grievances, performance tracking, payroll inputs, and other day-to-day HR activities.
Ideal Candidate:
Prior experience in HR (especially in talent acquisition and compliance)
Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory requirements
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple HR functions independently
