🚨 URGENT HIRING – MANAGER – HUMAN RESOURCES (HR)

📍 Job Location: Kolkata, West Bengal

💼 Position: Manager – HR

⏳ Experience: 6–10 Years

🎓 Qualification: MBA in HR from a reputed / premier management institute

🚀 Joining: Immediate / Early Joiners Preferred

💰 Compensation: Best-in-Industry Salary (Negotiable based on experience and competency)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

Lead end-to-end recruitment, including leadership hiring and workforce planning.

Manage performance appraisal systems, KPIs and employee development.

Design compensation structures, salary benchmarking and benefits policies.

Drive Learning & Development, leadership development and succession planning.

Improve employee engagement, retention and organisational culture.

Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations.

Oversee HR operations, payroll coordination, attendance, leave and employee lifecycle management.

Support organisational development, manpower budgeting and workforce productivity.

Partner with senior management on strategic HR decisions.

Preferred Industry Experience: Candidates from Infrastructure, Engineering, Manufacturing, EPC, Power, Utilities or other Project-oriented industries will be preferred.

Desired Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws and statutory compliance.

Expertise in Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits and Performance Management.

Knowledge of HRMS, HR Analytics and Workforce Planning.

Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
