Job description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Generalist to support day-to-day HR functions and contribute to building effective HR policies and processes. This role involves managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, ensuring smooth HR operations, and fostering a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures
Conduct employee inductions and manage end-to-end onboarding formalities
Handle exit processes including documentation and exit interviews
Manage payroll inputs, coordination, and ensure timely and accurate processing
Address employee grievances and support resolution in a fair and timely manner
Maintain employee records and ensure HR data accuracy and compliance
Support overall HR operations and continuous process improvements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
4–9 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role
Good understanding of HR processes and labor practices
Maximum Age Criteria - 38 Years
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
