Job Title: Senior Manager – Human Resources (HR)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager – HR to lead the HR function with a strong focus on compliance, audits, and strategic HR initiatives. The candidate will ensure all HR operations adhere to statutory regulations and organizational policies while driving a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals

• Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent management

• Manage performance management systems and leadership development initiatives

• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions

• Ensure full compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies

• Lead and manage HR audits (internal & external) and ensure audit readiness at all times

• Maintain and update HR documentation, records, and compliance registers

• Liaise with government authorities, auditors, and legal bodies when required

• Oversee payroll compliance, statutory filings (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.)

• Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives

• Lead and mentor the HR team

Key Requirements:

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field

• 8–12 years of HR experience with strong exposure to compliance and audits

• In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory requirements

• Experience in handling HR audits and regulatory inspections

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills:

• Expertise in HR compliance frameworks and audit processes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience with HRMS and compliance tracking tools

• High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
