Job Summary

The Human Resources Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, and compliance with labor laws. The role supports organizational goals by ensuring effective people management and a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles

• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media

• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers

• Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports

2. Onboarding & Offboarding

• Manage employee onboarding process and documentation

• Conduct induction and orientation sessions

• Handle exit formalities, interviews, and final settlements

3. HR Operations & Administration

• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and files

• Manage attendance, leave, and shift records

• Support payroll inputs and coordination with finance/payroll vendors

4. Employee Relations & Engagement

• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns

• Support employee engagement initiatives and activities

• Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture 5. Performance Management

• Assist in performance appraisal cycles

• Track KPIs, goal-setting, and performance reviews

• Support managers in performance improvement plans 6. Compliance & Policy Management

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

• Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and SOPs

5. Training & Development

• Identify training needs in coordination with managers

• Organize internal and external training programs

• Maintain training records and feedbac
