We are hiring an experienced HR Generalist with strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, policy implementation, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete recruitment cycle: sourcing to onboarding
Manage daily HR operations & employee relations
Implement and monitor HR policies
Handle PF, ESI, Labour Laws, Shops & Establishment compliance
Coordinate payroll inputs and resolve employee queries
Requirements:
2 - 4 years of HR Generalist experience
Strong knowledge in recruitment & statutory compliance
Good communication & independent handling capability
Immediate joiners preferred
