Human Resource Generalist

We are looking for a Human Resource Generalist to join our team at D FACTORY to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 and growth opportunities.

Job Summary:

Dfactory is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist cum Admin to manage end-to-end HR operations along with administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding)

• Maintain employee records and HR databases

• Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination

• Draft HR policies, offer letters, and employee documentation

• Manage employee engagement activities and grievance handling

• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintenance

• Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility management

• Handle travel arrangements, courier services, and logistics

• Maintain office records, bills, and documentation

• Ensure a smooth and organized workplace environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in HR Generalist/Admin role

• Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

• Ability to multitask and handle administrative duties efficiently

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
