Human Resource Executive

Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced HR Recruiter & Sourcing Lead for our recruitment agency who can handle bulk hiring, client requirements, and lead a sourcing team. The candidate should be proactive, target-oriented, and capable of closing positions within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Requirement Handling: Understand job requirements from clients (domestic & international)

Coordinate with clients for updates and feedback

Ensure timely closure of open positions

2. End-to-End Recruitment: Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references

Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial interviews

Line up candidates for final interviews

Follow up till joining

3. Sourcing & Bulk Hiring: Handle mass/bulk hiring for multiple roles

Build strong candidate pipelines for ongoing requirements

Use different sourcing strategies for faster closures

4. Team Leadership: Lead and manage sourcing team

Assign daily targets and track performance

Train team members on sourcing and screening

5. Coordination & Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and clients

Handle offer letter, documentation, and joining process

6. Reporting: Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports

Track closures, pipeline, and team performance

Required Skills: Strong communication & convincing skills

Experience in consultancy/recruitment agency (important)

Ability to handle pressure and targets

Team handling & leadership skills
