We are looking for a motivated and energetic Associate Recruiter to join our growing HR team. In this role, you will learn the ins and outs of talent acquisition. You will be responsible for sourcing talent, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and helping candidates through our hiring process. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for interacting with people, and a drive to build a career in Human Resources, we want to meet you!
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing Candidates: Find potential candidates using job boards (like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, and professional networks.
Resume Screening: Review incoming resumes and applications to match candidate profiles with open job requirements.
Initial Screening: Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' communication skills, basic technical fit, and salary expectations.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Database Management: Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and internal candidate databases accurately.
Candidate Engagement: Follow up with candidates regularly to ensure a positive and professional interview experience.
