Job Title: HR Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the daily functions of the Human Resources department. The HR Executive will be responsible for recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance management, payroll support, employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
Assist in payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Organize employee engagement activities and training programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Prepare HR reports, documentation, and correspondence as required.
Assist in resolving employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR operations, recruitment, or administration.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRMS systems.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
