We are looking for an HR Executive who has strong practical knowledge of HR processes and clear concepts of core HR functions. The candidate should be confident in handling employee-related activities, recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, documentation, HRMS and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection and joining formalities.

• Handle employee onboarding, documentation, offer letters, joining letters and employee records.

• Maintain and update employee data on HRMS/Zoho People.

• Manage attendance, leave, late coming, absenteeism and regularization.

• Coordinate with payroll team for salary inputs, deductions, incentives, attendance and payroll-related queries.

• Handle employee grievances and support employee engagement and retention.

• Coordinate performance appraisal and confirmation processes.

• Ensure proper implementation of company HR policies and SOPs.

• Handle warning letters, disciplinary actions and other employee documentation as required.

• Maintain HR MIS and prepare regular reports related to headcount, recruitment, attrition, attendance and employee status.

• Coordinate exit formalities, exit interviews, full & final settlement and asset recovery.

• Ensure compliance with applicable HR and labour regulations.

• Coordinate with store/operations managers for manpower requirements and employee-related concerns.

Must-Have Skills

• Clear understanding of core HR concepts and processes.

• Good knowledge of Recruitment & Selection, Onboarding, Attendance, Leave Management, Payroll and Performance Management.

• Understanding of HR policies, employee lifecycle and basic labour law/compliance concepts.

• Hands-on experience with HRMS/HR software, preferably Zoho People.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR MIS.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to independently handle employee queries and HR operations.

• Good follow-up, coordination and documentation skills.

• Retail/store HR experience will be preferred.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
