Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave and employee records

• Support payroll, benefits and HR policy implementation

• Handle employee relations and HR documentation

• Oversee office administration, vendors and facilities

• Maintain asset allocation, movement and returns

• Conduct periodic asset verification and coordinate maintenance.

• Prepare HR, admin and asset-related reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field

• 2-4 years of HR & Admin experience

• Strong knowledge of HR operations and administrative systems

• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive matters confidentially

• Strong organizational, coordination and multitasking abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR/payroll systems

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
