Job Role

HR Executive ka main role company ke employees aur recruitment process ko manage karna hota hai. Isme candidate hiring, interview scheduling, onboarding, employee records aur HR-related activities handle karna shamil hai.

Key Responsibilities

• New candidates ke liye job postings create karna.

• Job portals aur social media se candidates source karna.

• Candidates ko call karke job details explain karna.

• Candidate screening aur shortlisting karna.

• Interviews schedule aur coordinate karna.

• Selected candidates ka documentation complete karna.

• New employees ka onboarding process manage karna.

• Employee attendance aur records maintain karna.

• Employees ke basic HR queries handle karna.

• Leave aur employee-related data maintain karna.

• HR reports aur documents prepare karna.

• Management aur employees ke beech coordination maintain karna.

Required Skills

• Hindi & basic/professional English.

• Good interpersonal skills.

• Recruitment & candidate handling skills.

• Basic MS Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.

• Basic computer knowledge.

Qualification

12th Pass / Graduate
HR/Management background is an advantage.

0–2 years

Salary

₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
