We are looking for an HR Executive with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of HR operations, employee coordination, recruitment, and day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.

• Handle recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.

• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.

• Coordinate with employees and management on HR-related matters.

• Support payroll and other HR administration activities.

• Assist in implementing HR policies and processes.

• Handle employee engagement and resolve basic employee queries.

• Ensure smooth joining and exit processes.

• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

• Basic knowledge of HR policies, processes, and documentation.

• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.

Preferred

• Prior experience in financial services, fintech, lending, NBFC, or a similar industry will be a strong advantage.

• Experience handling HR operations in a growing organization will be an added bonus.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
