
Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in Yelahanka, Bangalore. As a key member of the HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting our employees and company growth. This is a full-time position with working hours from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Responsibilities:
Internal Recruitment: Source and screen potential candidates for open positions within Trijit Technologies. o Assist in scheduling and conducting interviews. o Coordinate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. o Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
Payroll Support: Assist with processing payroll data and ensuring timely payments. o Maintain accurate employee records related to payroll. o Address employee inquiries regarding payroll
Leave & Attendance Management: Process employee leave requests in accordance with company policies. o Track employee attendance and manage leaves. o Generate reports on leave and attendance data.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related field (preferred). Freshers with strong organizational skills and a keen interest in HR are welcome to apply. Experience in HR functions (internal recruitment, payroll, leave management) is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
