Responsiblitity
Handle screening calls and schedule interviews.
Update daily HR activity and candidate details.
Confirm interview attendance with candidates.
Maintain employee records and documents.
Track attendance and leave details.
Support joining, probation, and exit processes.
Coordinate between management and staff.
Communicate HR policies and instructions.
Assist in basic admin and office support work.
Ensure discipline and professionalism in the workplace.
