We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage HR operations and support employee lifecycle processes. Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
✔ Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, documentation, and record management.
✔ Maintain and update employee master data, HR trackers, and HRMS records.
✔ Coordinate attendance, leave management, regularization, and payroll-related activities.
✔ Ensure timely issuance of appointment letters, joining letters, and other HR documents.
✔ Act as a point of contact for employees, branches, and internal stakeholders regarding HR-related queries.
✔ Support employee transfers, confirmations, separations, and full amp; final settlement processes.
✔ Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory requirements.
✔ Prepare HR reports, MIS, and management dashboards.
✔ Support internal and external audits and maintain accurate employee documentation.
✔ Assist in employee engagement initiatives and other HR-related projects as required.

Required Skills:
✔ Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
✔ Good communication and coordination skills.
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and HR reporting.
✔ Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
✔ Experience in BFSI/NBFC will be an added advantage.
