End-to-end recruitment; both IT & non-IT, for top-notch clients i.e. sourcing, screening, interview scheduling & coordination, negotiating compensation packages, etc.
Recruiter should be able to source a pool of candidates, do the telephonic screening, and schedule the interview and follow-up(s)
Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process
Maintain status reports on various requirements, candidate status, offers and joining status
Knowledge of major job-portals, LinkedIn and other classified job sites (added advantage)
