Key Responsibilities:
Monthly payroll processing and salary calculation.
Attendance, leave, overtime and salary inputs verification.
Preparation of salary sheets and payroll reports.
Handle PF, ESI, PT, TDS and other statutory payroll compliances.
Prepare and maintain employee payroll records.
Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for salary processing.
Manage employee salary-related queries and resolve payroll discrepancies.
Prepare payslips and other payroll-related documents.
Ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
Maintain confidentiality of employee salary and personal information.
Support payroll audits and statutory compliance requirements.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliances.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Knowledge of payroll software/HRMS is an added advantage.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills
