Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee coordination, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients and internal stakeholders.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
Manage offer roll-out, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
Follow up with selected candidates until onboarding.
Handle employee documentation, attendance, and HR records.
Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of recruitment and HR operations.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
1–3 years of experience in Recruitment or HR.
Experience in consultancy or corporate recruitment is preferred.
Knowledge of IT, Non-IT, Manufacturing, Engineering, or BFSI hiring will be an advantage.
