• Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters, including performance improvement plans and career development opportunities.

• Training and Development:

• Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

• Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars, and track training attendance and effectiveness.

• HR Administration:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.

• Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters.

• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification preferred.

• Proven experience in human resource management, preferably within the retail or consumer electronics industry.

• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with employees at all levels.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
